of said County W. F. BANNER having applied to me for a license for the
marriage of himself of Surry County of
age 28 years, color white the son of W. C. BANNER and M. A. BANNER
the father now living the mother living resident of Surry County
And IDA BANNER of Surry Co. age 23 years color white
daughter of J. E. BANNER and LOU BANNER the father living
the mother living resident of Surry County, NC.
And there being no legal impediments to such marriage known to me, you are
hereby commanded at anytime within are one year from the date hereof to extricate?
the proposed marriage, at any place within the said County, you are required
within two months after you shall have celebrated such marriage to return
this License to me at my office with your signature subservient to the certif-
icate under this License and with the blanks therein filled according to
the facts under penalty of forfeiting two hundred dollars to the use of any

Jeffersonville, Ohio; 4 grandchildren. Service Thursday, 2 p.m., Stockdale
Memorial Funeral Home, Westerville. Interment Plain Township Cemetery by
